J. Michael Stolp

J. Michael StolpMichael is President & CEO of CFO Solutions Inc. CFO, founded by Michael in 1991, is a registered investment advisory and boutique financial planning firm with corporate offices in Phoenix, Arizona. He is based and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. CFO specializes in the unique planning needs of doctors and the economic issues facing them.

He has educational experiences and professional accomplishments that uniquely qualify him to guide doctors through the "cradle to grave" capital accumulation and capital distribution phases of their lives and economic life cycles. His financial advisory practice helps doctors to achieve their tax reduction, savings accumulation, investment and other risk management objectives.

Michael is a 1980 graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is both a Registered Investment Advisor and a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in South Carolina and Arizona), having earned his CPA designation in 1972. In 1971, he received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.

His business experience includes more than 35 years senior management experience for both public and privately owned corporations. He also holds the Series 2, 63, 65 and 24 designations.

Michael presents Financial Education Seminars to medical and dental groups, in addition to his consulting services for doctors. He is expert in business structure planning, budgeting, disability and life insurance issues, non-qualified and qualified retirement plans, risk-averse savings strategies, and professional practice and business sales. Michael also assists clients to implement advanced asset protection and planning strategies in the areas of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, offshore asset protection trusts and corporations, and advanced estate and charitable planning issues.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of CPA's, South Carolina Association of CPA's, Harvard Club of Phoenix, Harvard Business School Club of Arizona, Leadership South Carolina, Leadership Greenville and Leadership Albuquerque.

Mark Riesenberg

Mark RiesenbergMark is Director of Behavioral Change Solutions for CFO. He is based and resides in West Orange, New Jersey (greater New York).

Mark's first priority is to help CFO management and CFO Financial Advisors to achieve break-through, high-impact results by focus, focus, focus . . . upon critical actions, both corporate and personal, in order to fulfill CFO's mission, which firm mission is to focus, focus, focus... upon the unique planning needs of doctors and the economic issues facing them.

His additional role as Director of Behavioral Change Solutions is to help Doctor-clients better to focus with their own goal setting and time management processes. Doctors encounter so many distractions, and become frustrated with conflicts imposed by dueling advisers, which effectively prevents the doctor from getting started in the change process. Mark contributes periodic articles for Doctor-clients to deal with abstract yet essential topics of goal setting, time management and personal accountability for Doctors.

Mark's conviction is that corporate, personal and financial goals succeed because of focused planning, focused follow though and focused execution. He is well qualified in this area of behavioral change as he is the founder and owner of Human Resources Unlimited, a company that specializes in goal achievement and time management programs for more than two decades. In addition, Mark is a professional speaker, sales trainer and consultant. He is well known as a keynote speaker and has been published in insurance, media and pharmaceutical publications.

He is the author of "How to Stop Whining and Start Winning: A Guide to Goal Setting and Time Management", which is now in its third printing. He has also produced two audiocassette programs, "The Power of the Goal Achievement Process" and "10 Tips to Stop Whining and Start Winning." Mark has appeared on CNBC's morning show "Squawk Box" as an expert on "Corporate Resolutions: Why They Succeed or Fail." He also was a featured writer in Oprah Winfrey's premiere issue of her magazine "O" in the article "Make Your Dreams Come True."

Stan Dabrowski CLU

Stan DabrowskiStan is Director of Long Term Care Solutions for CFO. Stan is based and resides in the Greater Boston area with satellite offices in Kansas City, Phoenix and Los Angeles.

He has successfully pursued personal sales, management and wholesale operations during his 42 year career. Stan is the primary provider of specially-designed tax favored qualified long term care insurance policies for CFO.

"Money purchase" insurance solutions apply to "selected 'C' corporation entities" and to certain other business entities when those forms of business conform to tightly written IRS rules. Single Employer 419(e) trusts permit similar unique planning opportunities for other forms of business organizations and their employees.

Stan holds a BA degree from The George Washington University School of Government with a major in economics. He received numerous designations for qualified long term care insurance specialty product design and marketing.

Stan has also served in numerous executive marketing and sales management positions with various national insurance companies and conducted a national certified continuing education program for life and health insurance professionals.

His experience and his unabashed advocacy of using long term care insurance to guarantee personal freedom of choice and quality of care identify him as a valuable resource to CFO, CFO Financial Advisors and CFO's doctor-clients.
